    • Cut shared-tooling maintenance and ended silent log loss by replacing 4 divergent Splunk senders with 1 tested CI module for ~300 projects; byte-identical parity and shadow mode let teams migrate with zero pipeline downtime.
    • Restored vulnerability scanning for ~80 of 343 projects that had silently reported none by leading the Checkmarx One rollout across shared CI templates, and reduced secret exposure by moving scanner credentials to Vault.
    • Gave FinOps per-workload Kubernetes cost visibility for the Software Factory by integrating EKS clusters with Vantage through ArgoCD and Helm, so teams can report spend and target right-sizing.
